General Information

Sisuman proudly sells products worldwide, with the exception of certain countries due to shipping restrictions. We offer free shipping on all orders over 99€ within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, shipping fees apply. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are shipped from Turku, Finland.

To purchase items that may have age restrictions, you must meet the legal minimum age in your country (e.g., 18 or 21 years old). Where required, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Payment Services: PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

During checkout, you will see the total price, including all fees, taxes, and shipping costs, before confirming your purchase. Please note that our prices do not include additional import duties or customs fees applicable in your country. Prices and fees may change due to factors beyond our control, such as VAT adjustments, currency fluctuations, or shipping rate changes.

If a refund is necessary due to a pricing error or an out-of-stock item, we will contact you for your payment details. Refund-related communication will only be sent from our official email: info(at)sisuman.com.

Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship via UPS (UPS Standard, Expedited, and Express Saver) to most countries. However, in some cases, we may also use Finnish Posti, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express, depending on the destination and the most efficient shipping method available.

A tracking number is typically provided with each order, except for specific destinations using Deutsche Post.

  • Finland: 1-3 Business Days
  • Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania: 1-3 Business Days
  • Sweden & Denmark: 2-7 Business Days
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain & other select EU countries: 3-8 Business Days (Posti or Deutsche Post)
  • Rest of Europe: 3-10 Business Days (Posti or Deutsche Post)
  • USA: 3-7 Business Days (UPS Express) or 4-9 Business Days (Deutsche Post)
  • Rest of the World: 4-9 Business Days (UPS Express) or 5-12 Business Days (Deutsche Post)

We make every effort to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 14:00 EET. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day. While we strive to meet delivery time estimates, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times due to potential delays beyond our control.

Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer must also pay for a new shipping fee to have the order re-shipped to the correct address. Please double-check all address details before confirming your order.

Unclaimed Packages

If you fail to collect your package from the post office or delivery location within the required time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you are responsible for covering both:

  • The original shipping cost
  • The return shipping cost (20€ within the EU, 40€ for the rest of the world)

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

If a chargeback is filed on an order that has already been shipped and delivered, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of shipment and delivery confirmation. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Custom & Personalized Orders Policy

Custom or engraved items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local delivery provider. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may already be in processing.

Discount Codes & Promotions Policy

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us at info(a)sisuman.com before returning any product.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The customer covers the return shipping cost.
  • If a replacement product is requested, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

We process refunds as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of return approval. If we have sent you the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you the correct product at no additional charge.

If the item arrives damaged in transit, please contact both your local post office or delivery carrier and our support team as soon as possible. Providing clear photos of the damage will help us resolve the issue quickly.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect essential details such as your name, address, and payment information to process your purchase. Your information is used solely for fulfilling your order and is not shared with third parties, except for payment processing and shipping services.

If you create an account on our website, we advise using a strong, unique password to enhance security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We continually update our security measures to ensure your personal information remains protected against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
