Shipping & Delivery
We primarily ship via FEDEX (Economy, International connect plus & Priority) to most countries. However, in some cases, we may also use Finnish Posti, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express, depending on the destination and the most efficient shipping method available.
A tracking number is typically provided with each order, except for specific destinations using Deutsche Post.

Rest of Europe: 3-10 Business Days
USA: 3-7 Business Days
Rest of the World: 4-9 Business Days
We make every effort to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 14:00 EET. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day. While we strive to meet delivery time estimates, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times due to potential delays beyond our control.
Shipping to the United States – Duties & Tariffs
Please note that starting August 29, 2025, the United States will remove the $800 de-minimis exemption. As a result, most imports from the EU may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes, regardless of order value.
For shipments to the United States, Sisuman now uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping with FedEx. All applicable duties, tariffs, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, allowing U.S. customers to see the full landed cost in advance.
This means there are no additional charges upon delivery, and shipments are delivered directly without customs payment requests from the carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer must also pay for a new shipping fee to have the order re-shipped to the correct address. Please double-check all address details before confirming your order.
Unclaimed Packages
If you fail to collect your package from the post office or delivery location within the required time, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you are responsible for covering both:
