Terms & conditions

We sell our products Worldwide!

We are selling Worldwide with Free Shipping on all orders over 59€! So no shipping fee regardless of where you live in the world. And if you need your products fast, we have some cheap options for that as well. To buy from us you have to be 18 years old or have a special permission from your guardian.

Delivery & Payment methods

1. Pay with Credit/Debit card or direct bank transfer through PAYSON

Direct payment through Payson. Payson cooperates with Visa / Mastercard and most European banks. Choose “Mobile BankID” and then click “No-personal ID number” to be able to identify and pay outside of Sweden.

With your account balance or credit card through Paypal

3. Direct bank transfer

Make your payment directly into our bank account. This option works regardless of which bank you have. Please use your Order ID as the payment MESSAGE. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

4. Cash on Delivery

This option is only available in Finland and Sweden. We send you an invoice with the order that is sent out to you immediately. You pay within 14 days! This option costs 3€.

All products is shown including tax. In the checkout you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and then choose your preferred method of payment. You can pay with your Credi/Debit Card through Payson, Direct bank transfer through Payson, with Paypal, and also you can do a direct bank transfer directly to our account regardless of your bank, if this method is used, please make sure that you use your order ID as MESSAGE. This option is a bit slower since we have to wait for the money to clear at our account.

All sales and payments will be in Euro €. Please note that our prices do not include additional taxes or other fees that might reside in your country. Our prices and fees may be changed by circumstances that are beyond our control, such as changes in VAT, shipping prices, currency fluctuations etc.

Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we will need to re-contact you to obtain your payment details.


We deliver our products through Finnish post (posti.fi). We always try to send your order out the same day if you order before 13.00 EEST, in all other normal cases we send your order the next workday so you can receive your order as fast as possible. Delivery time with our “Free shipping for orders over 99€” option is usually 1-3 workdays within Finland, 3-12 workdays in Nordic countries, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Luxemburg, Germany, Slovakia & Czech Republic. Rest of Europe is between 10-20 days and about 10-25 workdays to the US and other non-European countries. We have no minimum order.

We have also faster Shipping options to all countries for an additional fee. This will be declared at checkout and will reduce the shipping time considerably in most cases.

Shipping time to UK is considerably longer than normal currently due to Brexit.

We cannot guarantee the delivery time of posti.fi but we will make sure that you get your products. If there are any problems with the shipping, please contact us.

If you do not pick up your package on time from the post office, you will have to cover both shipping cost out to you and the additional shipping cost back to us (20€).

Return policy

You can always return the product within 14 days after purchase. Always contact us at info(a)sisuman.com before cancelling an order. The product has to be unused, and the package has to be unbroken. We do not pay for the delivery back to us but we will pay for the delivery of the replacement for you.

Complete customer satisfaction is very important to us and therefore you can choose if you want another product that will suit you better or if you want a refund. We do refunds as fast as possible but at the latest within 30 days. Always contact us first.

If we have sent the wrong product(s) to you, we will of course pay the cost to return it to our stock and to get you the right product(s).

If you received a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with pictures or other details of the product so we know what have happened. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a new product. It is also possible for the package to get damaged during the transport home to you. Please check the package and contact your local post office immediately if the product is damaged or broken. Contact us as well, as fast as possible, so we can work something out for you!

When you buy products from us, we collect information as your name, address and other details that you give us in the process of purchasing. We collect this information so we can send you the product you ordered for instance.

When you provide us with details for making a purchase, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and use it for the specific reasons only.

If you are a returning customer and create an account on our website, we advise you to use a secure password that you don’t use anywhere else for security reasons. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own password. We are always updating our security to ensure that our site is as safe as possible.
